Survivor · Researcher · Speaker · Educator
Keith Westphal studied more than 4,000 clinical papers to learn the epigenetic protocols to prevent cancer recurrence, and in the process reversed his own obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and Barrett’s disease. He then spent 7 years turning that research into courses and talks that audiences can actually use, from civic organizations and church halls to corporate stages.
The United States is in the middle of a health crisis, robbing people of the best years of their lives, crippling families financially, and driving up absenteeism and healthcare costs for the companies that employ them.

The medications clearly aren’t solving the problem. Epigenetic lifestyle change is clinically proven to prevent chronic disease, and to partially or fully reverse it once it’s already there.

Keith Westphal is a speaker and health researcher specializing in chronic disease reversal through epigenetics and lifestyle.
A seven-year cancer survivor, he transformed his own health after overcoming obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and Barrett’s disease. That personal experience sent him deep into the clinical science behind chronic disease and metabolic health — he has since personally reviewed more than 4,000 research papers on the subject.
That work led him to found Blue World Health, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that filters out misleading or biased health research and translates what’s left into clear, evidence-based strategies people can actually use.
Keith has delivered corporate presentations to audiences of up to 500 people, and he brings the same research-backed, plain-language approach to civic groups, churches, and community organizations. Meeting planners value him for breaking down complex medical research, challenging common health misconceptions, and leaving audiences with strategies they can start using immediately.
Each talk is built from Keith’s 9 Pillars framework and can be sized as a keynote or expanded into a full workshop.
Talk 01
The nine lifestyle factors that most strongly influence metabolic health, immunity, and chronic disease risk — drawn from Keith’s own reversal and years of clinical research.
Talk 02
Why knowing what to do is never the hard part — and how mindset, motivation, and habit actually determine whether change sticks.
Talk 03
Why nutrient dense whole foods, not supplements, are the real foundation of metabolic and immune health, and where modern diets fall short.
Keith adapts the same evidence based material to the room, shorter and story driven for community groups, data forward for corporate and clinical audiences.
